Regional Independence Services is a locally owned and operated business specialising in passenger transportation. Founded to address the critical gap in accessible transportation services, we are dedicated to fostering independence and well-being. We achieve this by offering accessible, reliable, and person-centered transportation solutions for all community members, regardless of their abilities.
At Regional Independence Services, we are passionate about empowering individuals to live independently and removing barriers to mobility. Our goal is to make life accessible and positively impact the lives of senior citizens and individuals living with disabilities. We provide community members with the opportunity to actively participate in social activities and pursue personal and professional goals.
ABOUT ROB
With over two decades of experience in the transport sector, Rob is passionate about creating a more inclusive and accessible regional Western Australia (WA). His firsthand experiences with disability have provided him with an understanding of the unique challenges, isolation and accessibility barriers faced by individuals requiring specialised services. Driven by a personal passion to bridge this gap, Rob is committed to making life more accessible for all.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Rob cherishes time spent with his wife and two young daughters, exploring the breathtaking landscapes of regional WA, and engaging in his passion for restoring classic cars. These personal interests reflect his commitment to creating a more inclusive and accessible regional WA, where everyone can explore their passions without limitations.

- Specialised Transport Service: Tailored to the needs of the senior community and individuals with mobility restrictions.
- Toyota HiAce Van: Modified with the ability to seat multiple configurations:
o 3 passenger seats plus 2 wheelchair passengers
o 6 passenger seats plus 1 wheelchair passenger
o 10 passenger seats
- Comprehensive Service Area: Serving the City of Karratha catchment area.
- Qualified and Approved: Certified as a passenger transport provider.
- Emergency Preparedness: Equipped with a defibrillator, a basic first aid kit, and qualified senior first aid drivers.
