NDIS Feedback & Complaints

You have the right to reach out to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission if you wish to share your feedback or concerns.

Individuals with disabilities have the right to raise concerns about the services they receive. While most NDIS providers strive to deliver high-quality support, issues can sometimes arise.

If you have any concerns regarding your NDIS supports or services, it's important to address them.

Making a complaint can be valuable—it helps providers understand what matters to those they support and improve the quality of their services. Your feedback can also benefit others.

You can seek assistance from family, friends, or an independent advocate when making a complaint.
